Born to Burn: The Emotional Architecture of Fire
A book by Miguel Arraiz.
A personal journey through the ephemeral.
THE CONTENT
Born to Burn is a poetic and architectural exploration of fire as a creative, ritualistic, and transformative force. It is not a single book, but a hybrid composition of intertwined narratives, part cultural dialogue, part personal memoir, part spiritual reflection.
The project bridges two cities that burn, Valencia and Black Rock City, and two worlds where art and ritual meet: Las Fallas and Burning Man.
The book moves fluidly between the collective and the intimate, the technical and the emotional, the ancient and the contemporary, offering readers an experience that is at once analytical, poetic, and transformative.
